Zhangjiaje Story

AnotherMile Team went to Zhangjiaje for a short and exciting weekend trip . Some of our friends also joined us. Zhangjiaje is a city in the north western part of Hunan Province China. It contains the Zhangjiaje National Forest Park, part of the Wulingyuan Scenic Area which was designated as a UNSESCO World Heritage Site in 1992 as well as an AAAAA scenic area by the China National Tourism Administration. Zhangjiaje is famous for Hallelujah Mountain shown in Avatar movie. It is part of Yuanjiaje in Zhangjiaje National Forest Park. It is also famous for its Glass Bridge near Zhangjiaje Grand Canyon area.

The itinerary is as follows

1. Friday Night

   Took the flight to Zhangjiaje and took rest at Hotel

2. Saturday

   > Half day tour of Tianmen Mountain

   > Lunch

   > Go to Zhangjiaje National Park on top of Tianzi Mountain for sunset

3. Sunday

   > Go for sunrise to a spot nearby Zhangjiaje National Forest Park

   > Breakfast

   > Go for Zhangjiaje National Forest Park and visit Avatar Mountain

   > After Lunch go for Zhangjiaje Glass Bridge

   > Enjoy Glass Bridge and then have dinner.

   > After dinner catch the flight for Shenzhen
